Welcome to the Lessons for Life website!! If you notice it is pretty simple and straight forward, just like our training programs. Our programs cover the complete range of CPR and First Aid trainings as well as New York State Certified Defensive Driving classes. Our teaching credentials cover The American Health and Safety Institute (ASHI), American Heart Association (AHA) and the National Safety Council (NSC).All of our instructors are certified Emergency Medical Technicians and are currently working for and / or Volunteering for a Volunteer Ambulance Service or Fire Department. Our instructors are fully insured, experienced and professional.
